Welcome to Sky X Flight Simulator. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, gift cards, and flight simulator experiences.
By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a gift card, or participating in any Sky X Sim experience, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
About Our Services
Sky X Flight Simulator offers Airbus A320 fixed-base flight simulator experiences designed for:
- Entertainment
- Aviation enthusiasts
- Educational purposes
- Corporate events
- Airline simulator familiarization
- Airline interview preparation
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our services are not Transport Canada-approved flight training and may not be logged toward any pilot licence or rating.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking becomes confirmed only after:
- payment has been successfully processed; and
- a confirmation email has been issued.
Sky X Sim reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings resulting from pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.
Prices
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Arrival
Participants should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may receive a shortened experience to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their scheduled booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are not entitled to refunds or credits.
If Sky X Sim cancels a booking due to technical problems, instructor illness, or unforeseen events, customers may choose either:
- a full refund, or
- rescheduling.
Minimum Age
Participants must be at least 7 years old.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Conduct
Participants agree to:
- follow instructor instructions;
- respect all equipment;
- behave professionally;
- avoid abusive behavior toward staff or guests.
Sky X Sim may immediately terminate any session without refund if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.
Food & Drinks
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the simulator cockpit.
Alcohol & Drugs
Anyone appearing impaired by alcohol or drugs may be refused service without refund.
Simulator Equipment
The simulator contains sensitive aviation hardware.
Customers are responsible for intentional or reckless damage.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged where permitted by law.
Airline Preparation Programs
Our preparation programs are intended to increase familiarity with airline procedures.
Participation does not guarantee:
- airline employment;
- interview success;
- simulator assessment success;
- job offers.
Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- are non-refundable;
- cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law;
- may be transferred to another person.
Promotional Offers
Promotions:
- cannot be combined unless stated;
- may end without notice;
- have no cash value.
Photography
Photography and personal videos are welcome.
Sky X Sim may photograph or film customers for marketing purposes.
Customers wishing not to appear should notify staff before their session.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, photos, videos, graphics, branding, and training materials remain the property of Sky X Flight Simulator.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
Personal Property
Sky X Sim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky X Sim shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages;
- lost income;
- cancelled travel expenses;
- accommodation costs;
- property damage;
- loss of personal belongings.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
